Replace Featured Image not working with Jet Smart Posts

    Installed VideographyWP and it was working fine for a few days, but something changed. We’re using Jet Smart Posts List on our homepage, and when we filter to a different category, the “Replace Featured Image” option doesn’t work. Instead, it shows a vertical black box.

    To replicate:

    Go to [ redundant link removed ] Scroll down until you see “The Latest” and in there you should see at least one video thumbnail. This works as expected.

    Then, if you change to the PHOTO filter (next to THE LATEST), you’ll notice that the video thumbnail is stretched to be a big black box.

    Not seeing any errors in the console, and health check came back and passed. Help!

    Hi,

    The posts in your page are AJAX loaded; the plugin can’t embed the video because it doesn’t “know” when the video is displayed.
    Unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do to help you solve this. All I can suggest is that you should allow embeds on single posts, which will display the featured image in archive pages.
