Replace External Links of whole content

Hello,

Good plugin.

With these hooks I add links to the content / excerpt:

add_filter('the_content','filter_amazon_associate_filter');
add_filter('the_excerpt','filter_amazon_associate_filter');

But these links won’t be found when replacing external links with shortURLs.

Could you implement that?

It worked with that plugin, but it’s for bit.ly:
