    Apologies for this oversight. I’ve worked in IT Service Management for a number of years and I’m used to the ITIL definitions – a fix/fault is for something that no longer works as it should.

    My request is to change the way something works – which traditionally is development.

    I’m guessing I’ve misunderstood the use of development here.
