Replace category link by page parent link

    example.com/parent-page/page/

    The parent-page is in the category “beach”. This was done using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/pages-with-category-and-tag/ (it adds category options for pages too).

    Generate block is used to automatically show the category name based on dynamic data rules for the current post. So it shows “beach”. The link for this is example.com/category/beach/

    We’d like a function that automatically replaces the category link by the link for the parent page. So here it replaces example.com/category/beach/ by example.com/parent-page/

    This should only apply to pages with parents, not posts or pages without parents.

    I’m sure that this sort of thing would be possible, but unfortunately I’m not really able to write custom code snippets for people due to time concerns.
