 * I can’t figure out how to change the text in the header. I’m sorry if it’s a 
   dumb question. I’ve been all over the Appearance > Widgets section and simply
   can’t figure it out.

 * And of course right after posting this I figured it out. Appearance > Customize
   > Header Elements. My bad. Great theme.
