Thank you for reaching out! Currently, the Login Customizer plugin does not support replacing the background image with a video.
However, our other product, LoginPress provides this option.
You can access it from the WordPress admin sidebar by navigating to:
LoginPress > Customizer > Background > Media
From there, you can upload and set a video as your background directly within the Customizer.
