Replace acronym in visual editor

Kindly point me to a plugin that will automatically replace an acronym (or other), say “abc”, with “all babies cry” in my posts. Better yet, I would like this to happen instantly (like with the program Texter) so that the full text is written to the database, and not dynamically when the page is served. Thank you for your help.
