Replace img tag with AMP-IMG

    Hi there!
    I want to modify my images codes from post content from:
    <img src="http://site.com/uploads/image.jpg" />
    to
    <amp-img src="http://site.com/uploads/image.jpg"></amp-img>

    I know that I can code directly but I have over than 300 articles with hundred of images and I can’t do it manually.

    Any tips? I appreciate
