 * While using ChatGPT, my session gets disconnected. ChatGPT provides a reconnection
   link to my URL and I approve it. WPVibe shows that I am connected. I tell ChatGPT
   that WPVibe now shows connected. ChatGPT tells me that my site is not connected
   and creates a new link to approve the connection between my site and ChatGPT
   through WPVibe. Before I approve, I refresh ChatGPT and my WordPress Dashboard.
   WPVibe says that it is disconnected because the approval link expired.
 * This repeats in an endless cycle. Occasionally, it will connect for a few minutes
   and then the process repeats itself.
 * WPVibe shows in my account that there are three sites connected, but I cannot
   see what sites to further troubleshoot. ChatGPT says I should try a WordPress
   Application Password instead of the one click authorization. What should I do
   to get reconnected?

 * Hi there,
 * Thanks for the detailed write-up, it pointed straight at the cause, and it is
   fixed on our side as of today.
 * Your site was never actually disconnected. WPVibe stored the connection under
   the exact address your WordPress reports, which for your site includes www. In
   the chats where it “disconnected”, ChatGPT was asking for the site without www.
   That address had no stored credentials, so ChatGPT asked you to authorize again,
   the approval saved it under the www address again, and the next request without
   www failed the same way. Every approve you clicked worked. It just kept approving
   the same site.
 * WPVibe now treats the www and non-www forms as the same site, so this loop cannot
   happen anymore. Nothing to change on your end: open a new chat from the WPVibe
   app page ([https://chatgpt.com/plugins/plugin_asdk_app_6a244fb509e481918985fee76373b0f9](https://chatgpt.com/plugins/plugin_asdk_app_6a244fb509e481918985fee76373b0f9),
   click “Try in chat”) and carry on. No new authorization link is needed, and there
   is no need to paste an Application Password into ChatGPT. That was ChatGPT guessing.
 * The three sites on your account are all connected. You can see which ones by
   asking ChatGPT to “list my WPVibe sites”. The plugin screen only ever shows the
   install it is running on.
 * If anything still loops after a fresh chat, email [support@wpvibe.ai](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/repeated-discconection/support@wpvibe.ai?output_format=md)
   with the site address and I will dig in.
 * Thanks,
   John
