 * Is it possible to have repeatable fields on the submit job form. For example 
   a user fills in his first qualification and if he has more than one qualification
   then he can add more on the fly.
 * Is this doable for a set of fields?

 * Not possible currently. We’ve been working on improving this in resume manager.
   When its stable, we’ll move it across to job manager.
