 * Yesterday I installed WordPress in /wordpress, but I wanted change folder and
   delete all from /wordpress and copy files from HD to /blog.
    Now I can’t log 
   in on my login page (ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output) can
   I repeat the installation . ? What to do now?

 * It seems like something is quite wrong in your WordPress installation.
    If you
   still havent created any content on your website, you can: 1) Delete the WordPress
   database, from cPanel 2) Delete the wp-config.php file at the root of your /blog
   folder 3) Create a new WordPress database 4) Re-run the install
 * Then it should be fine
