I am interested if anyone here knows a good pc repair shop management plugin/theme for WordPress? The main functions should be:
- add clients with their contact data (name, phone, company, etc.)
- add works to clients with extensive and customizable custom fields (type, problem, colour, solution)
- tracking who repaired the computer, when it arrived, when the client was contacted, etc.
- customizable print templates when handling ready products
- customizable user roles: client (no access), colleague, admin
Do you think that a plugin like this exists, or should I use wordpress as a platform for developing it or should I write a custom system without wordpress?
