 * Hello, I run a WordPress site that is for an apartment building. I have set up
   the site so that if your not logged in you get a menu that is geared towards 
   getting new tenants and if your logged in it gives you a menu that is geared 
   towards current tenants. I have a message system, and tenant only notices. Right
   now I have a repair request form that they have to print out and physically hand
   to me. I would like to know if there is some sort of plugin that would let me
   set it up with the information that I need and have the tenant fill it out and
   it send me an email with the repair requests. I know I can do this with forms
   but I would like to also have it send me a “WORK ORDER” sheet for me to print
   out and put in our maintenance book.
 * Any Ideas?
