Reordering Widgets on article pages

    Is there a way to order widgets in article pages? I’ve added Social Feather and Facebook Comments Plugin and I can’t get the social icons widget for sharing stories to appear above the comments.
    I also am not able to place those icons above the story content because of an apparent conflict. The space opens up above the content but nothing appears.
