Great plugin.
I see that there was a previous thread addressing the issue of reordering tickets. The proposed solution of changing the publish dates has no effect on the order of the tickets in the table.
How do you do this?

It works for me. You may need to check the order you set the dates in; the newer tickets will appear at the top of the list, and the older ones at the bottom.
