Reordering products in cross sells and up sells

When editing a product, by default, there is no way to reorder the cross and upsells. You just keep adding products and if you want to reorder then you have to delete them one by one and then re-add them in the correct order.

Is there any plugin to reorder by dragging and dropping products in this list?

Here is a screenshot of a bunch of products in this list that cant currently be re-ordered.
