    Hi there,

I created a gallery and in block settings, under Items Manager Custom order is selected.

    I need to reorder images.
I am able to properly drag and drop only the firts two images under Items Manager in block settings.
In case of the following few images: other image is moved and not the one I was dragging.
The last few images can not be reordered, they just don’t move when I drag them.

    Latest evrything, Twenty Twenty theme.

    Could you please suggest?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

This can happen for several reasons.
    1. JavaScript error (you need to use the Development Tool in the browser -> Console)
    2. Some plugins modify the block settings panel (add their own styles)
    3. And much more.

I can only help if I can see it myself.

    I see…
Still having problems here… I have uploaded a video to the gallery test page with console opened up. Could you have a look, please?
    Thank you!

According to your video, I cannot understand what you control, what kind of manipulator you use (it does not look like a regular mouse)

I have uploaded a new video to the top of the test page.
I have added captions to describe what is happening.

My mouse is not manipulated, it is highlighted by the screenrecorder, regular mouse is used by Windows 10.

I am using latest Chrome no plugins are installed.

Please be so kind and have a look, thank you!

I saw the problem in your video, but I can’t figure out what is happening. I also tried in chrome and windows and I could not repeat your “success”. I have nothing to offer you except to try another device or another plugin. I’m sorry that my plugin doesn’t work for you 🙁

Thanks anyway for taking the time trying to provide good support and trying to replicate my problem.
I am gonna use order by upload to sort images – even though it would be easier to use all the features you have included.

One of the best plugins despite of my problem – I am not gonna change my 5 star rating, I still want to thank you for the great plugin and all the work you invest.

I hope I can resolve my problem some time and I will let you know if anything changes here…

    Sure 🙂

    And also some good news:
Sorting images is working in Firefox for me now.
That’s great, sooooo convenient to use :)))

I haven’t been able to figure it out, what the difference is… I’ll let you know..

    Thanks 🙂
