Hi there,
Would you be able to check if you have the same images in multiple sliders and whether it’s those images that aren’t reordering correctly?
If so then this is a known restriction – because Meta Slider uses the media library it can only store one order value per image. To workaround this create a duplicate image to use for each occurrence in a slider.
If you don’t think this is the issue, let me know and we can investigate further.
Many thanks,
Dave
Yes, I have actually had to save copies and reupload them to a december folder. I even deleted the previous version from my media. They still do not let me order them. :/
Hi there,
Thanks for trying that.
Do you have any post ordering plugins activated, such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/
If not then it might be a JavaScript error which is preventing the order from being saved – I won’t be able to see any errors you have in the admin but I can see the following error on the front end:
Font from origin ‘http://www.bayviewwi.com’ has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘http://bayviewwi.com’ is therefore not allowed access.
http://bayviewwi.com/wp-content/themes/listings/js/evoslider/evoslider.css Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
Might be worth trying to resolve that?
Thanks,
Dave
