The Setting:
I have a list of food categories that I display on a menu page as boxes with items.
I want to be able to reorder the food categories straight in the admin panel and based on that order to display on the actual page (akin to pods field drag and drop ordering in pods edit UI)

The Question:
Is there an option/code to make a custom taxonomy be able to order the elements by drag and drop the items or I need to use either an ordering field or a third party?

There is a plugin (Simple Taxonomy Ordering) that does exactly what I seek, but I was wondering if you need a third party
