I was testing the renewal email and found the link sent to the user doesn’t work. Also, I manually generated the link from the Listing Information/Fee Details panel and it did not work. The URL generated by Business Directory plugin takes you to a page that states:
Your renewal ID is invalid. Please use the URL you were given on the renewal e-mail message.
The message is the same whether you use the url manually generated or supplied in the renewal e-mail message.
Our directory has no paid listings however we want users to review their entries once a year so we need them to take a look at what might need to change.
