renewal fees returned and service cancelled

    I use WordPress very little and didn’t even know that I still had an active account. On Oct 27th, 2022 I was charged $90.40 Cdn for renewal, but I never received a renewal announcement, nor did I ask for this to be renewed. I want to cancel my account and ask for a reimbursement for the recent charge that’s for the coming year.

    WordPress.org does not, cannot and never has charged anyone for anything. Most days our merchandise store can’t even sell mugs.

    No one here charged you anything, please contact whoever did directly. It was not WordPress.ORG.
