Renewal Emails Not Being Sent on Woocommerce + Subscriptions (6 posts)

    We are trying to install Woocommerce version + Subscriptions for the first time. Email Manual Payment Reminders are not being sent. Has anyone encountered this problem?

    We are using the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin and WooCommerce Authorize.net Gateway.

    If anyone could nudge us in the right direction, it's greatly appreciated!

    Do you have a print screen of your cron jobs, after an approved subscription?

    Hi wonderstruk, please lodge a ticket at http://woothemes.com/support/ and include credentials to a temporary admin account. We'll need to take a look to try to figure out what's going wrong. :)

    Hi thebrent. Thank you for your response!

    Our support ticket is #51498. Unfortunately we are not getting satisfaction from that route. We have replicated the problem on three installations (all up-to-date).

    My team says it is a bug. What do you think?

    I had a look at your ticket in the support system and have logged in to your site. The subscription you created to test recurring payments was only for one day: http://cl.ly/image/0j412o2S3e3i

    No 'scheduled_subscription_payment' cron job was created because there aren't any payments due in the future. I've changed that and purchased a test subscription which you can now use to test manual payments following the documentation.

    I've also test this on another site to make sure manual emails are working with WC 2.0.10 and Subscriptions 1.3.3 and emails were sent correctly.
