Renaming camlecase files after uploading did not work.

First of all, thank you very much for your great plugin. I have been using it for years and it saves me a lot of time.

But I have a little problem. When I upload an image named “My Awesome Example.jpg”, the media library recognizes “My Awesome Example” as title. The file is renamed (by Media File Renamer) to “My-Awesome-Example.jpg”. This is in capital letters, which is not perfect, but okay. If I now go to the “Edit Media” dialog and click the “Update” button without making any changes, Media File Renamer renames the file to “my-awesome-rexample.jpg”. I come across cases where this behavior causes problems.

Expected behavior: During upload, the file is already renamed to my-awesome-example.jpg.

Is this behavior intended or an error?
