Renamed login page through WP Security, can no longer access

I have been using the “brute force” feature of wp security for a couple of weeks now with no problems and both of my websites. On one of my websites, when I go to the renamed wordpress login URL that I created, it simply goes to my homepage, even though the address bar says I’m where I should be. The website works, however I cannot access with WP login page for some reason out of nowhere… I know I am using the correct login URL.

I read in another thread to simply view my .htaccess and find the login slug. Seems easy enough. I have tried many ways to view my .htaccess file, but all it says is

“order deny,allow
deny from all”

Any advice?
