# Rename labels

 * Hi team,
 * I want to rename ticket details labels from Ticket creator to any other label
   how can i chane the label in dashboard and i also want a download button where
   support staff can directly download the attachments from the tickets.
 * Please let me know how can i change the labels. Many thanks in advance.

 * You cannot change the labels in the core plugin however, you can use custom status
   and label addon to achieve this goal.

 * To download the attachments directly, You can access these options under the 
   TICKETS->SETTINGS->ADVANCED tab. go on the Attachment Overrides section and under
   Render Method select download.
