Rename feeds

    Hi! This is my wordpress blog
    I’ve set up two rss feeds by categories in header.php with feedburner.

    <link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="JSGORORDO | Proyectos" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/jsgorordo-proyectos" />
<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="JSGORORDO | Blog" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/jsgorordo-blog" />

    I have also disabled post comment feeds in functions.php.
    However, when I try to subscribe to those feeds, they show up as “main feed” and “post comments feed”.
    Any idea on how to get those feeds as “proyectos” and “blog”?
