Hi,
If you’re using a cache plugin, set it to ignore the WPtouch mobile user agents list if you’re going to keep WPtouch active and then clear the cache of the cache plugin. If you would simply like to remove it, deactivate it and make sure the cache of the cache plugin is completely emptied.
Here’s the list of user agents:
iphone
ipod
ipad
pre
pixi
iemobile
aspen
incognito
webmate
android
dream
cupcake
froyo
blackberry9500
blackberry9520
blackberry9530
blackberry9550
blackberry 9800
blackberry 9780
blackberry 9850
blackberry 9860
webos
s8000
bada
googlebot-mobile
adsbot-google
What if you’re not using a caching plugin? My site didn’t show a menu with the plugin enabled, so I deactivated and deleted it. Now it’s still messed up.
Hi,
Now it’s still messed up.
We’ll be happy to take a look for you. Please share the URL of the website in question. Thank you.
I did not like the way the wptouch displayed my site on mobile so I decided to up date it to this version and it was worse. I deleted it all together and decided to try something else and it was too much trouble! I went back and downloaded the latest version of WPtouch and it’s not displaying my photos and galleries right??? What happened? Now I’d like to at least go back to the original version :-/
HELP!!
http://www.artisticimages.biz
and
http://www.confessionsofaboudoirstudio.com
Please have a look from a cell or Ipad
It also looks EXACTLY the same whether I have Mobil Theme ON or OFF??? Where are all my pages and galleries and links????
It looks like now both sites are working but…the http://www.artisticimages.biz Home Page looks like a RSS feed page or something??? I will keep checking back for support
It looks like it is a cache plugin issue. Please go to the WP Super Cache plugin’s settings in the “Contents” tab and delete the expired and cached files. Let us know if you have further questions.
