# Removing WordPress

 * I how can I remove word press without screwing anything up? I’m thinking of getting
   rid of it and uploading my own page.

 * What would you screw up? just delete the WP files, and then clear out the database
   and you’ll have WP removed completely. If you’re not sure which files to delete,
   just download a copy and take a look at which files are there, and just delete
   away.
