If you uncheck “Allow people to post comments on new articles” in Discussion settings, the Facebook comments don’t get through?
You can also disable comments on a per post/page basis.
When I uncheck “allow people to post comments” it removes the Facebook comments as well.
Tara, does that guide remove all comments or just wordpress comments? Can I keep facebook comments?

have Facebook comments installed on my blog but my posts keep showing both wordpress and facebook comment inputs.
How can I disable wordpress comments and keep Facebook comments?
