Removing Username in Author Profile Links

    I have just observed while testing my blog post link with Google Structured Data Testing Tool (Rich Snippets), that the Username is visible in the Linked Author Profile field.

    Example: http://website.com/author/username/

    Ideally it should be either Nickname or Display Name as showing Username in all the links is a serious security issue?

    Pls advise on how to resolve this issue?
