Removing Time Stamp

I’m new to WordPress but have just created a new website for myself using it. My problem is that I don’t like the time stamps which make it look like more of a blog than a regular website.
At the top of the page is ‘Posted on February 10,2013’
At the bottom of what I have written is, ‘Posted in Uncategorized/Leave a reply
Also at the top right is a ‘bubble’ to click on for leaving a comment.
I wish to remove all of these. Can someone explain how to do this; where to find the code and which part to remove?
