Removing the sample post in front the page of the theme

    Hi
    I have my own WP theme for my desktop.
    And from my mobile, I’ve use the WP mobile pack
    for my mobile version of my website.
    Then when i enable the theme, I found a sample
    post which visible in the front page.
    I wonder how to remove that sample post seems
    didn’t showing up in my admin POST panel where
    all post been composed. Any advice how to remove
    the sample post of the theme?
    I’m having hard time figuring out in index.php.
    Any idea or advice how do hide the post?
