Removing suspicious ad from the banner

I have just realized that there is a suspicious link with the attribute right next to the logo/title of my pages (my website is: http://www.amalstable.com – using the petit theme). The suspicious link has the statement “buy viagra best price.” I don’t know from where it came, and I would like to have it removed.
