 * Your plugin works like a dream.
 * The client would like to remove the State and Zip Code from the New Customer 
   tab.
 * Do you think that this plugin will have the desired effect the the new customer
   form – I am not sure if this form is from your plugin or from Woocommerce .

 * Hide fields Country, State and Zip Code in popup, correct ?
 * Should the plugin leave them empty ?
    or use values from >WooCommerce>Settings
   >General?
