Removing Spacing

Hi,

I’d like to remove two empty spaces on my website: http://www.synergycarbon.com

1 – the empty space at the bottom of the home page, under my list of clients, where the sticky posts would go. I want the last set of pixels to be this line: “Fore more information about our work with each client, visit our Clients page”.

2 – the space at the top of my page, about 50pixels above the header image.
