Could you please try to apply the following CSS code through the Simple Custom CSS plugin or child theme’s style.css?
.panel-grid > .panel-row-style{
padding-top: 0 !important;
padding-bottom: 0 !important;
}
The code above applies globally. To manage the space per row, edit row > Row Styles > Theme > set 0 in the field that says “Top/bottom padding”.

Applied the code and the bar still seems to be there, Any ideas on how to remove the title of the page. Im talking about the contact us in the white margin on http://dripinc.com/contact-us/

Try to use the “Front Page”. Edit page > select “Front Page” in the “Page Attributes” option.
It is literally built for the home page, but it would work for other pages which has such that case.
