Removing SNAP Pro custom fields?

Hello,

I recently uninstalled SNAP PRO from my blog and noticed the custom fields are still left in every post (snapFB, SnapEdit etc…)

I’ve gone to the database but but there’s thousands of rows and its hard to find all snap references.

Is there an easy and safe way for me to remove this custom field data? My site is quite large and all those rows add up to the DB bloating.
