removing site name from TITLE tag

    How do I remove the site name from the <title> tag in the header? I want the tag to contain only the page site, without ” – sitename” appended onto it.

    In Themes -> Customize, I can remove the site name, but I’m still left with a dash at the end of the title, which is the separator between the page name and site name.
