# Removing sidebar

 * Since updating my theme ‘Swift Basic’ I have had a sidebar appear with categories
   and a subscribe button in it and I can’t seem to get rid of it.

 * Any help to resolve this will be greatly appreciated.

 * Add some widget to the wide sidebar bottom.
 * If you don’t plan on putting anything there, then just add a blank text widget
   without padding.

 * I have done that and now a square has appeared in the title section.
 * Surely there should be an option to hide the sidebar?
