Removing reply box at bottom of page

Hello all,

I’m new to wordpress, and just build my new website yesterday.
Now I would like to remove the replybox which is standard at the bootom of all pages. This because I’ve got about 20 spam replies to moderate within the last 12 hours…

Is this possible in the lite version and how do I do this?
I’m an outboardengine mechanic, no computer expert, so please help.
