 * Can anyone tell me how to remove the “Published by” at the beginning of every
   post? I’m the only one writing so I don’t need that info.

   excerpt-meta-top” block can be removed and no authoring/date information will
   appear anymore.

 * Please don’t do that!
 * While technically correct, your changes will be overwritten when you update. 
   Instead, add a copy of the content.php file to a child theme. Then make the edits
   there and it will stay when you update.
 * The “Published by” string appears in lines 7, 27, and 64 of content.php.
