• I have successfully removed the dates on which my posts were published by using the WP Date Remover plugin, however the text saying “On” (as in “On December 13, 2017”) remained. I was able to get rid of this text on the individual posts by deleting it from the single.php in my CSS. Unfortunately, though, that pesky “On” is still there beside the author name on the homepage and in the archives. Any advice would be much appreciated! (Our theme is Hickory.)

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://solopine.ticksy.com/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know how it operates. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

Thanks for the response! Solo Pine requires a proof of purchase before they provide support, and the person who originally dealt with them is no longer with our organization. I reached out to her to get our purchase code, but thought I’d check in here in case someone had dealt with a similar problem.

Appreciate your volunteer work here, Jeff!

    Best,
    Travis
