Removing placeholder CSS and Javascript

    I think the class-wp-custom-author-url-public (and admin) classes should skip the enqueue of the placeholder CSS and Javascript to cut down on site load time.

    Hi Dan, apologies for the delay in replying. I didn’t get any notifications for this at all.

    Very good point. I will remove the unnecessary enqueue calls. They are part of the WP Plugin Boilerplate codebase that I use as a start point.

    Hi @mailmechanic, I’ve released V1.0.1 which addresses the above issue, and also adds an isset() call to fix a small undefined bug I found.
