 * Hello,
    We are ramping up using this plugin. The supervisors reported a couple
   of UI type things that would make it easier to use.
 * Most important was being able to disable the ” + more options” button so that
   key functions like “Assign Agent” is always showing and does not need 2 clicks
   to get to.
 * Is this possible?
