Support » Plugin: Admin Menu Editor » Removing menu restricts access.

  • This plugin does not appear to work with Gravity Forms. When you create a custom link for a menu, a new sub-menu is generated and the original menu link (in our case a Gravity Form menu) still displays. So there does not appear to be a way to successfully modify the links within our menu in order to prevent the user from clicking deeper into the back-end from the URL shared with them. Also, it appears that when using this plugin when you hide a menu from displaying it restricts the users access not just to the menu but to the content itself. We just want to menu to be hidden from view.
