Removing malicious code - malicious 404 redirect (3 posts)

    Hey everybody,
I was recently notified by GoDaddy that my site was infected with Malware and that it had been blacklisted by Google as a result. I did a little digging and managed to find malicious code in the .htaccess file as well as my theme header. I've deleted all instances yet the infection persists. I ran a site scan with sucuri.net and it had detected malware in the following URLs

I'm not quite sure how to go about cleaning the remaining infections seeing as the URL seems invalid? Is there some sort of trick here, or am I just a total noob? You may safely visit the site's homepage/blog directory now (thenutrakey.com/feed), but if you try and visit any page that would normally return a 404, the malicious redirect takes over. I'm at a loss!
I need to get this site off the blacklist. ANY input whatsoever would be GREATLY appreciated!

You can also see your infection here: http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/thenutrakey.com/feed

I'd recommend looking at your htaccess page again. Try scrolling all the way to the bottom and right.

I'd also recommend looking at all your htaccess files on the server, odds are they are all infected. Often case folks overlook the files in other applications and that could prove problematic.
