Support » Themes and Templates » Removing Horizontal lines from Portfolio Press

I successfully used CSSEdit to extract and edit the CSS allowing me to change the colour of the background of the site. But when I try and find the code relating to the lines so I can edit them either by removing them, or just by changing their colour to match the background colour (so they are invisible), I can’t seem to find the code that relates to those elements.

Am I going about this the right way? Or should I be editing the HTML?

The site we are working on is

    Any thoughts?

  • look for class .entry-title and remove the border-bottom, i hope that’s what you’re looking for..

    I’ll check it out.

The easiest way to find CSS that is affecting a specific element or area of the page is by using a tool such as Firebug or Chrome Developer tools — they show you the CSS — then COPY that code to your custom CSS — and make the changes there. Be sure that you are not making any changes to theme files – they will be lost when the theme is updated.

    Thanks for the tips…

Will check them out and report back…
