Removing Hidden Pages

    I just started working with a new company and am trying to get a handle on their website.

    The website is eelriver.org.

    Recently, a customer purchased something from our online store, and no one knew the online store was still up and running! Doing a quick google search for items in the store brought me to this page – http://eelriver.org/about_FOER/store/FOER-store-catflags.php

    I cannot find the above page linked to our current website in any way. I’m pretty new to WP, so any help is greatly appreciated 🙂

    It appears that the online store is not, in fact, linked to your WordPress website, but could be a separate web page that still lives on your host.

    Do you have FTP access, or can you login to your hosting provider’s control panel?

    I do have FTP access, however I am unable to login…

    When I try to login with my FTP username and password, it just asks me to do it over and over again…

    You need to ask your hosts about FTP problems – those are not related to WP. (FTP isn’t the same as WP login – unless you happen to have used the same info, BTW.)
