Removing featured image from single post

Hi there
I need to remove featured image from single post without removing thumbnail image from related article/sidebar.

i’ve browsed on many forums either from this forum [resolved] Remove Featured Image From Appearing Inside Post or from other forums, but nothing fix my problem. It looks no longer valid today.
