Removing exerpt from posts in twenty thirteen theme

Hello

How can I remove the exerpt for 2013 theme form individual posts?

I have already set in Reading the option to show full text.

I have modified content.php to replace the_exerpt() with the_content(), and made few more changes but to no avail. Here is the code:
